Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Note: We offer FREE SHIPPING within the US on orders over $75.

Delays
While we strive to meet the timeframes mentioned above, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or carrier-related issues.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us within 4 hours to update the address.

Undeliverable Packages
Unfortunately, packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
