If Something Goes Wrong

If there's a problem with your order, we'll make it right.

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or we've sent the wrong item, contact us at support@throttlemad.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Because every shirt is printed specifically for you, we don't offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size or for a change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering - and if you're unsure, contact us before you buy and we'll be happy to help.

Care Instructions

A little care will keep your TMD shirt looking good for many rides to come.

  1. Turn your shirt inside out before washing.
  2. Machine wash cold with similar colors.
  3. Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener where possible.
  4. Tumble dry low or air dry for the longest life.
  5. If ironing is needed, iron inside out on a low setting. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
  6. Do not dry clean.

What is Throttle Mad Design all about?

Throttle Mad Design creates bold, original T-shirts for motorcycle enthusiasts who live to ride. Our artwork is inspired by garage culture, throttle junkies, and everyday riders who aren't afraid to wear their passion.

Where are your T-shirts printed?

All our shirts are printed and shipped in the USA using print-on-demand
technology. That means your shirt is made just for you when you order. No mass production, no waste.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our shirts are available in sizes S through 3XL. Check each product page for a size chart to make sure you get the perfect fit.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We may expand in the
future—follow us on social media for updates.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually print and ship within 3 business days. After that, delivery takes around 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange a shirt?

Because every shirt is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges
unless your item is damaged or there's a printing error. If there's a problem,
contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives with a defect or error, send a photo and your order
number support@throttlemad.com or use our Contact page, and
we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Are your designs available anywhere else?

Nope: Throttle Mad Design is 100% original and online only. You won’t
find our shirts in stores or at rallies. What you see here is exclusive to our
shop.

Do you offer gift cards or custom designs?

Yes, we offer Gift Cards.
