  • Shipping charged at $4.75 for one shirt. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING when you purchase 2 or more t-shirts.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, allow 2-5 days for orders to be delivered.

Returns

Our goal atĀ Throttle Mad Design is that you love your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@throttlemad.com.

Eligibility for a Refund:

We will notify you once weā€™ve received and inspected your return, and let
you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youā€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.

  1. Wash and dry your t-shirts inside out. It's a simple yet crucial step.
  2. Opt for low temperatures and gentle detergents.
  3. Resist the temptation to spin excessively. Extra spins can lead to more wear and tear.
  4. Air dry your t-shirts whenever possible. If tumble drying, avoid heavyweight companions like winter coats and blankets.
  5. Iron your t-shirts inside out and start with a lower heat setting. Designs and irons aren't always the best of friends.

What is Throttle Mad Design all about?

Throttle Mad Design creates bold, original T-shirts for motorcycle enthusiasts who live to ride. Our artwork is inspired by garage culture, throttle junkies, and everyday riders who aren't afraid to wear their passion.

Where are your T-shirts printed?

All our shirts are printed and shipped in the USA using print-on-demand
technology. That means your shirt is made just for you when you order. No mass production, no waste.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our shirts are available in sizes S through 3XL. Check each product page for a size chart to make sure you get the perfect fit.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We may expand in the
futureā€”follow us on social media for updates.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually print and ship within 3 business days. After that, delivery takes around 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange a shirt?

Because every shirt is made to order, we donā€™t accept returns or exchanges
unless your item is damaged or there's a printing error. If there's a problem,
contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives with a defect or error, send a photo and your order
number support@throttlemad.com or use our Contact page, and
weā€™ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Are your designs available anywhere else?

Nopeā€”Throttle Mad Design is 100% original and online only. You wonā€™t
find our shirts in stores or at rallies. What you see here is exclusive to our
shop.

Do you offer gift cards or custom designs?

Not at the moment. But weā€™re always adding new artwork and may introduce gift cards in the future. Join our email list or follow us to stay in the loop.
